Stability Through Art, Residency, and Training
The START Program is Kingsway PARCC’s flagship initiative focused on supporting youth and emerging creative artists ages 16–24 as they build stability, independence, and sustainable creative and entrepreneurial pathways.

The launch of START marks a new chapter for Kingsway PARCC, which began in 2016 as a creative social club for the arts and formally became a nonprofit organization in 2022. In 2025, the organization refined its mission to address the growing intersection between housing stability, creative opportunity, and economic independence for youth and emerging artists.
1
Creative Development
Portfolio building, mentorships and other workshops help artists create and maintain their independence as they work towards entrepreneurship. Join our unique and engaging fundraiser series designed to highlight and promote our participants.
2
Life Skills Training
Budgeting, financial management, employment readiness, and creating the routines to set up a life of stability. In-house workshops and external referrals to partner services will help set the foundation for sustainable living.
3
Community Support
Accountability to our neighbors and communities is a must. Joining local efforts and making our participants available to assist is a pride of ours. Our volunteers show #PARCCPride while representing our organization at every requested activity and we thank them for their initiative in our MIP Program!

Pathways to Housing
We focus on the intersection of housing stability and creative sustainability—an issue increasingly affecting young artists nationwide. START offers options of housing-only resources or subsidies with light case management to assisting with independence. While emphasizing choice, dignity, and compliance, we address real-world barriers that often go unseen.
